About all I could make out in the audio stream was the sound of a click. But that frog in his throat sure didn't prevent him from strappin' out some wicked-ass blues.

I think I know how he felt, though. I'm in radio and the mike is my primary tool. With the laryngitis I've been battling for DAYS now, I'm about ready to throw that thing on the floor, myself.

the strange thing is the song selection he chose with that voice. Fingers, Black peter? I would have shelved those tunes until the voice was better. oh well

Just another day at the office. On a different night, Fire on the Mountain and High Time would have given him fits.

If its relative to weird onstage moments i just finally read why people start freeking out in the middle of jerrs 8/6/71 hard to handle solo.. he drops down to his knees and jams it out hard... all this time i just thought they were clapping for a good solo
